`PATCH /external/v1/table/{table_uuid}/rows`

## Request

- `table_uuid` string, uuid, required

## Request body

- BatchUpdateIn
  - `rows` BatchUpdateRowIn[], required
    - `id` string, required: UUID of the row to update.
    - `fields` object, required: Column values keyed by human-readable name.
  - `overwrite` boolean: If false, only empty fields are updated.
  - `return_rows` boolean: If true, each result includes full row_data.
