Edit a marketing-org row. Deactivating cascades a sanity flip on all
its codes (sets `promo_codes.is_active=FALSE` for everything that org
owns) so both layers reflect the same truth.

Field semantics use Pydantic's `model_fields_set` so the SPA can
explicitly CLEAR a value: omitting a key from the body = no change;
sending `null` or an empty string = clear to NULL.
