Domain verification for the ChatGPT app submission. OpenAI fetches this
path and expects the challenge token served verbatim as text/plain. The
token is stored on the ChatGPT OAuth client config in `system_settings`
(`oauth.client.chatgpt`.apps_challenge_token), so it can be rotated via SQL
or the super-admin OAuth UI without a redeploy.
