# Take somebody off a team

`DELETE /api/v1/teams/{id}/members/{userId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://localhost:5180`
- URL: `http://localhost:5180/api/v1/teams/{id}/members/{userId}`
- Auth: API key in cookie `better-auth.session_token`

They keep their sign-in and every other team they are on. The last owner cannot be removed. A bank connection they made keeps reading on their consent, and the audit says so.
