`POST /api/v1/ask/actions`

The person confirmed it. The action runs through the same endpoint a browser would call, with the caller’s own session, so the team check, the budget and the validation are that endpoint’s, and an accepted one is written to the activity log as confirmed in the chat. Only an action that changes something is run here; a read never needed confirming.
