# List interventions

`GET /v1/interventions`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.dapperglobal.com`

- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

Transcribed speeches/interventions (discursos) from congressional sessions and public events, sourced from Dapper's monitoring pipeline (see 'Data sources' below). Authoritative for Colombia and Perú today; for any other country, or a query that comes back empty here, coverage is genuinely thin (not a bad query) — fall back to web search rather than concluding 'no speeches exist'.

Paginated across countries, newest first. `country_code` is comma-separated (e.g. `CO,PE`); omit to return all accessible countries. ⚠️ Small dataset today (462 rows total, only Colombia and Perú populated) — structure is ready for more countries/volume, don't assume broad coverage yet.

**Data sources:** transcribed speeches/interventions from congressional sessions and public events, curated by Dapper's monitoring pipeline. ⚠️ New, small dataset (462 rows as of 2026-07-21, only Colombia and Perú populated) — coverage will expand over time.

## Query parameters

- `limit` integer
- `cursor` string, nullable
- `since` string, date, nullable: Date on or after (YYYY-MM-DD).
- `until` string, date, nullable: Date on or before (YYYY-MM-DD).
- `country_code` string, nullable: Comma-separated country codes, e.g. BR,CO,CL.
- `country_id` string, nullable: Deprecated alias: comma-separated numeric ids, e.g. 8,2,6.
