# List countries and available domains

`GET /v1/countries`

## Request

Reference catalog of the 12 LATAM countries covered by Dapper, and which data domains (regulations, consultations, bills, actors, schedules, news, transcripts) currently have data for each. Call this first when unsure whether a country or domain is covered before querying it.

Domains whose ingestion is still too thin to report freshness for (votes, interventions) are absent from both `domains` and `domains_health`; their endpoints still serve data.

`domains` lists a domain the moment it has ever had any data — it does not mean the data is current. For freshness (ok/warning/stale/no_data/not_covered), use `domains_health`, which is computed the exact same way as get_health/get_country_health — the two are guaranteed to agree.
