# List INVIMA specialized-board minutes

`GET /v1/committee-minutes`

## Request

What a sanitary committee decided about one product: the board, the minute it is recorded in, the case (applicant, composition, dosage form), the decision, and whether it forces a label update.

These are excluded from `list_regulations` by default — they are not regulation, and at 210 chunks each they are 87% of Colombia's indexed corpus. This is where they are searchable as themselves.

Colombia only (5,483 minutes over 2,858 cases, sessions from 2017-02 to 2026-06). Use `id` for the full concept and background text.

## Query parameters

- `q` string, nullable: Search the case: product name, applicant or composition — «rivaroxabán», «Tecnoquímicas», «acetaminofén». Not the concept text: matching on the body of the minutes returns half the table on procedural vocabulary.
- `board` string, nullable: Specialized board, partial match: «Medicamentos», «Moléculas Nuevas», «Homeopáticos», «Fitoterapéuticos». Discover exact names with list_committee_boards (REST: GET /v1/committee-minutes/boards).
- `decision` string, nullable: Partial match on the recorded decision.
- `case_number` string, nullable: Exact case/expediente number.
- `requires_label_update` boolean, nullable: Only minutes that do (or don't) force a label change.
- `since` string, date, nullable: Sessions on or after this date.
- `until` string, date, nullable: Sessions on or before this date.
- `limit` integer: Minutes per page (1-100).
- `cursor` string, nullable: Pass back `meta.next_cursor` from the previous page.
- `country_code` string, nullable: Comma-separated country codes, e.g. BR,CO,CL.
- `country_id` string, nullable: Deprecated alias: comma-separated numeric ids, e.g. 8,2,6.
