# One minute, with its concept and decision text

`GET /v1/committee-minutes/{id}`

The full record of one board decision: what was asked, the background, the board's concept, the decision text, and whether it forces a label update. This is the body of the answer — list_committee_minutes deliberately leaves these fields out, because they run to tens of KB per row.

`id` is the uuid that list_committee_minutes returns as `id`.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required: Minute uuid, from list_committee_minutes.

## Query parameters

- `country_code` string, nullable: Comma-separated country codes, e.g. BR,CO,CL.
- `country_id` string, nullable: Deprecated alias: comma-separated numeric ids, e.g. 8,2,6.
