# Update agent soul

`PATCH /settings/agent/souls/{soulId}`

Updates an existing agent soul. Requires admin role.

- `soulId` string, required

- UpdateSoulRequest — Request to update a soul (partial update)
  - `name` string
  - `description` string
  - `content` string — Markdown body content (identity definition)

## Response `200`

- `400` — Invalid request
- `401` — Not authenticated
- `403` — Requires admin role
