# Create agent soul

`POST /settings/agent/souls`

Creates a new agent soul (personality). Requires admin role.

## Query parameters

- `remoteNode` string

## Request body

- CreateSoulRequest — Request to create a new soul
  - `id` string — Optional custom ID (auto-generated from name if omitted)
  - `name` string, required
  - `description` string
  - `content` string, required — Markdown body content (identity definition)

## Response `201`

Soul created

- SoulResponse — Soul (agent personality) configuration
  - `id` string, required
  - `name` string, required
  - `description` string
  - `content` string — Markdown body content (identity definition)

## Other responses

- `400` — Invalid request
- `401` — Not authenticated
- `403` — Requires admin role
- `409` — Soul already exists
- `default` — Unexpected error
