# Get how far calls from Dagu Cloud may go on this server

`GET /license/remote-access`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://localhost/api/v1`
- URL: `http://localhost/api/v1/license/remote-access`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - HTTP basic
  - none

Returns the highest role calls from Dagu Cloud get on this server, whether they may decide steps waiting for a person, whether configuration fixes either, and whether this server process holds its connection for those calls. Admin only.

Remote access on this server

- LicenseRemoteAccess: How far calls from Dagu Cloud may go on this server, and whether they reach it
  - `level` 'off' | 'viewer' | 'operator' | 'developer', required: The highest role calls from Dagu Cloud get on this server: off refuses them, viewer reads DAGs, runs, and logs, operator also starts, enqueues, retries, and stops runs of existing DAGs, and developer also changes DAG definitions and runs inline specs
  - `levelConfigured` boolean, required: Whether cloud.remote_access in the configuration fixes the level
  - `approvals` boolean, required: Whether calls from Dagu Cloud may approve, reject, or push back steps waiting for a person
  - `approvalsConfigured` boolean, required: Whether cloud.remote_approvals in the configuration fixes approvals
  - `connected` boolean, required: Whether this server process holds its connection to the relay, so calls from Dagu Cloud reach it
  - `error` string: Why the last connection failed or Dagu Cloud refused it, such as a workspace without a plan or a trial

## Other responses

- `400`: License management is not available
- `403`: Insufficient permissions
- `default`: Unexpected error
