# Delete incident provider

`DELETE /incident-providers/{providerId}`

Deletes an incident provider. Providers referenced by incident routing cannot be deleted.

## Path parameters

- `providerId` string, required

## Query parameters

- `remoteNode` string

## Response `204`

Incident provider deleted

## Other responses

- `403` — Forbidden - requires an active Dagu license or trial
- `404` — Incident provider not found
- `409` — Incident provider is used by routing
- `default` — Unexpected error
