# Retrieve the availability of a continuous step

`GET /dag-runs/{name}/{dagRunId}/steps/{stepName}/availability`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://localhost/api/v1`
- URL: `http://localhost/api/v1/dag-runs/{name}/{dagRunId}/steps/{stepName}/availability`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - HTTP basic
  - none

Gives the availability of the last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days and 365 days, and the current streak.

## Path parameters

- `name` string, regex, required: Name of the DAG
- `dagRunId` string, required: Unique identifier for the DAG-run. The special value 'latest' can be used to reference the most recent DAG-run.
- `stepName` string, required

## Query parameters

- `remoteNode` string

## Response `200`

A successful response

- StepAvailability
  - `windows` AvailabilityWindow[], required
    - `window` '24h' | '7d' | '30d' | '365d', required
    - `count` integer, required
    - `failures` integer, required
    - `availability` number, double: From 0 to 1. Absent when `count` is 0.
  - `streak` integer, required: Count of samples since the last failed sample. A lower bound once the raw tier no longer holds that sample.
  - `lastFailureAt` string, date-time: Time of the last failed sample, or the start of its aggregate bucket once the raw tier no longer holds it. Absent when none failed.
  - `totalCount` integer, required: Count of all executions

## Other responses

- `404`: DAG-run or step not found, or the step is not a continuous step
- `default`: Generic error response
