텍스트를 음성으로 변환합니다. 동기화 방식이 사용됩니다.

## Request body

- object: 주어진 텍스트를 음성으로 변환합니다.
  - `text` string, required: 문자열 형태의 텍스트입니다.

- `204`: No Content. 요청은 성공하였으나 반환한 결과가 없습니다. 받아쓰기의 경우 받아쓰기는 완료되었으나 결과가 비어있습니다.
- `400`: Bad Request. 요청 형식이 잘못 되었습니다.
- `401`: Unauthorized.
- `403`: Forbidden. 허용되지 않은 접근입니다.
- `413`: Payload Too Large. 요청이 너무 큽니다.
- `415`: Unsupported Media Type.
- `429`: Too Many Requests.
- `500`: Internal Server Error. 서버 오류입니다.
- `503`: Service Unavailable.
