`POST /api/v1/admin/import`

Importa fichas (y unidades) copiadas del backend del partner al mirror.
- Conserva el _id original (deep-links/refs idénticos).
- Si rehost=True, DESCARGA y RE-ALOJA las imágenes en el storage propio del mirror
  (evita heredar hotlinks que mueren, p.ej. el caso Mango). Si una imagen falla,
  se deja su url original y se contabiliza como fallo.
- Upsert idempotente por _id (re-ejecutable).
