# Shutdown Cyberdriver via tunnel

`POST /v1/machines/{machine_id}/cyberdriver/shutdown`

Request CyberDriver process shutdown through the existing tunnel proxy path.

  - `source` string: Caller identifier for shutdown auditing
  - `reason` string, nullable: Reason for shutting down the CyberDriver process

Shutdown was accepted by CyberDriver

- `403`: Tunnel-only endpoint rejected outside tunnel path
- `422`: Validation Error
