# Get the link to connect an account

`GET /connections/link`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.cut.pro/api/v1`
- URL: `https://api.cut.pro/api/v1/connections/link`
- Auth: API key in header `X-Api-Key`

A cut.pro link that opens the sign-in of that network right away, in this workspace. Give it to the user when the account they want to post to is missing from `GET /connections`; once they come back, list the connections again and carry on.

- `platform` 'youtube' | 'tiktok' | 'instagram' | 'bluesky' | 'threads' | 'linkedin' | 'pinterest' | 'facebook' | 'twitch' | 'kick' | 'discord', required
