# Get balance

`GET /balance`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.cut.pro/api/v1`
- URL: `https://api.cut.pro/api/v1/balance`
- Auth: API key in header `X-Api-Key`

Returns your current credit balance. Credits are consumed each time you submit a video for clipping. When `unlimited` is true this workspace is on a courtesy plan: usage still shows up in the history with what it would have cost, but the balance does not move and jobs are never blocked for lack of credits.

  - `balance` number, required
  - `unlimited` boolean, required: `true` while usage is free for this workspace: the balance never decreases
  - `unlimited_until` string, nullable, required: ISO 8601 timestamp when the free-usage window ends; `null` means it has no end date
