# Import contacts from CSV

`POST /customerbase/v1/contacts/import`

Creates multiple contacts from CSV file upload

## Response `201`

All contacts imported successfully

- CustomerbaseBulkResponse — Response structure for bulk operations with single error detail
  - `details` CustomerbaseBulkErrorDetails — Error details for failed operations in bulk processing
    - `description` string — Description of the error example: invalid email format
    - `value` string — The value that caused the error example: invalid@email..com
  - `requestId` string
  - `status` string — Status indicates the result of the operation ("success" or "error")
  - `summary` CustomerbaseBulkSummary — Summary statistics for bulk operations
    - `failed` integer — Number of failed records example: 5
    - `success` integer — Number of successfully processed records example: 95
    - `total` integer — Total number of records processed example: 100

## Other responses

- `207` — Contacts imported with some failures
- `400` — Invalid file format or data
- `401` — Unauthorized
- `415` — Unsupported content type
- `500` — Internal server error
