# Check declared baseline records against live public DNS

`POST /monitor:check`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.customdomain.ai/v1`
- URL: `https://api.customdomain.ai/v1/monitor:check`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Resolves each baseline record and reports whether it is still present. This is what the SDK's `checkRecords` rides on. Read-only; performs no writes.
