# Everything the organisation holds about one anagrafica

`GET /api/v1/rest/anagrafiche/parties/{id}/dossier`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.custodo.ai`
- URL: `https://api.custodo.ai/api/v1/rest/anagrafiche/parties/{id}/dossier`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

The anagrafica’s panel as one answer: every module the organisation uses reports what it holds about this party — the people of a company, the employees a person is the Responsabile of, the Archivio’s documents, the messages in Posta, the CRM’s deals and activities, the raccolte sent to it, the envelopes it was asked to sign — one section each, with its total and its most recent items. An item is `linked` (somebody filed it under the party), `matched` (it carries the party’s partita IVA, codice fiscale or address; `auto_match` says whether the organisation keeps this automatic matching on) or `reference` (the owning module names the party itself, like a deal’s customer). Only what the caller may open in each module is reported. A module listed under `degraded` failed to answer — that is NOT a statement that it holds nothing. Open an item with its own module’s tool: documents_get for a document, email_get for a message, crm_get_deal for a deal, firme_get_envelope for an envelope.

**Examples**

- What do we have on Rossi S.r.l.?
  `GET /api/v1/rest/anagrafiche/parties/11111111-2222-4333-8444-555555555555/dossier`
- Has this customer sent us anything lately?
  `GET /api/v1/rest/anagrafiche/parties/11111111-2222-4333-8444-555555555555/dossier`

## Path parameters

- `id` string, uuid, required

## Headers

- `X-Tenant-Id` string, uuid

## Response `200`

Done. `data` is the tool’s own answer.

- RestResult
  - `ok` true, required
  - `data` unknown, required

## Other responses

- `400`: The arguments did not validate: `error.message` names the field, what it expects and what arrived.
- `401`: No API key, or one that is malformed, unknown, revoked or expired.
- `403`: The call never ran: the module is off for this organisation, the credential lacks the permission or the module, the tier does not cover it, or the tool is destructive and the key was not minted for that.
- `404`: Nothing with that id in this organisation.
- `422`: The tool ran and refused, in a sentence of its own (`TOOL_REFUSED`): the message says what to change. Retrying the same call will not help.
- `429`: The API key has spent its minute, or its day. Every request a key makes counts. See `Retry-After`.
