Retrieve a list of GitHub repositories accessible to the authenticated user

## Response `200`

Repositories retrieved successfully

- object
  - `repositories` object[], required: Array of GitHub repositories the user has access to
    - `owner` string, required: The owner of the repository (user or organization)
    - `name` string, required: The name of the repository
    - `repository` string, uri, required: The full URL to the GitHub repository

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized - invalid or missing API key
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
- `500`: Internal server error
