# Get all RFC 9457 problem types

`GET /api/v1/problem-types`

Returns the complete registry of RFC 9457 problem types with environment-specific URIs. The response includes all problem types organized by name and category, along with metadata about each type including URI, title, description, HTTP status code, and usage examples. URIs are dynamically generated for the current environment (local, UAT, production). This endpoint is publicly accessible and does not require authentication.

Problem types registry retrieved successfully. Returns a JSON object containing all problem types, organized by name and category, plus registry metadata.
