# Replace one section of own UI preferences

`PUT /api-regulated/v1/users/self/preferences/{section}`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Replaces a single named section, leaving the others untouched, so two pages or two browser tabs can each save what they own without discarding the other's work. Returns the full preferences after the write.
