# Get trading calendar snapshot

`GET /api-regulated/v1/trading-calendars/{symbol}/snapshot`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.currencyguard.com`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns the current trading calendar for a symbol including business day rules and holidays. Supports GBPUSD (FX settlement), GBP (domestic), USNY (financial center) and other calendar symbols.

Trading calendar retrieved

- TradingCalendarDTO: Trading calendar with grouped holiday display format
  - `symbol` string: Calendar symbol (GBPUSD for FX settlement, GBP for domestic, USNY for financial center)
  - `calendars` string[]: List of calendar codes that apply to this symbol
  - `isSundayBusinessDate` boolean: Whether Sunday is considered a business day
  - `isMondayBusinessDate` boolean: Whether Monday is considered a business day
  - `isTuesdayBusinessDate` boolean: Whether Tuesday is considered a business day
  - `isWednesdayBusinessDate` boolean: Whether Wednesday is considered a business day
  - `isThursdayBusinessDate` boolean: Whether Thursday is considered a business day
  - `isFridayBusinessDate` boolean: Whether Friday is considered a business day
  - `isSaturdayBusinessDate` boolean: Whether Saturday is considered a business day
  - `nonBusinessDays` NonBusinessDayDTO[]: List of non-business days with their applicable calendars
    - `date` string: Date in ISO format
    - `calendars` string[]: List of calendar codes that consider this date non-business
    - `description` string: Holiday description
