  - `templateBody` string: HTML template body with variable placeholders
  - `effectiveFrom` string: Date from which this template version is effective
  - `eventSequence` integer: Event sequence number for event-driven processing
  - `versionNumber` integer: Optimistic locking version number
  - `updatedBy` string: User who last updated this record
  - `updatedAt` string: Timestamp of last update in UTC
  - `createdAt` string: Timestamp of creation in UTC
