`GET /api/company/{cui}/officers`

## Request

Legal representatives and administrators. **The only route that serves personal data.**

Keyless like every other verb since 2026-09-05 (docs/go_to_market.md). Every read is
still written to `request_log` — with the key when one was sent, anonymous otherwise.
Names only: birth date and birth place never leave the database, and
`tests/test_pii_audit.py` pins that.
