# Create a rate entry

`POST /headcount/rate-entries`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.cubesoftware.com`

  - Authorization code: `https://portal.cubesoftware.com/o/authorize/`
  - Token URL: `https://api.cubesoftware.com/o/token/`

Creates one entry for a year, code, and jurisdiction. An amount requires currency_id. A rate or a date omits it. A blank jurisdiction is the entry with no jurisdiction.
