# Get fee baseline

`GET /api/v1/reference/fees`

## Request

Price-list defaults for a distributor + sazba + period: the VT and NT distribution fees, the
regulated POZE and system-services fees, and whether the sazba has a low tariff at all. Prefills
the `distribution` block of a calculator request.

## Response `200`

OK

- DistributionFeeBaselineModel: The ceník (price-list) fee baseline for a distributor + sazba + year — the regulated values the savings calculator auto-fills into the form. All monetary values are Kč/MWh. `ntAvailable` mirrors "this sazba has a low tariff": true when the price list carries a non-zero low-tariff distribution fee, in which case an HDO command is required (see the calculator's two-tariff guard).
  - `distributorFeeHighPerMWh` number, double, nullable: High-tariff (VT) distribution fee, Kč/MWh. Null when the price list has no row for the year.
  - `distributorFeeLowPerMWh` number, double: Low-tariff (NT) distribution fee, Kč/MWh. 0 when the sazba is single-tariff.
  - `ntAvailable` boolean: True when the sazba is two-tariff (a non-zero NT distribution fee exists in the price list).
  - `renewableEnergyFeePerMWh` number, double, nullable: Renewable-energy (POZE) regulated fee, Kč/MWh.
  - `systemServicesFeePerMWh` number, double, nullable: System-services regulated fee, Kč/MWh.
  - `feeSourceYear` integer, nullable: The price-list year the fees were resolved from, or null when no matching price list existed.

- `500`: Internal Server Error
