# List My Skills

`GET /api/skills/my`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.ctlsurf.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://app.ctlsurf.com/api/skills/my`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

List all skills owned by the current user (personal + project + linked).

By default includes inactive skills (for management). Pass include_inactive=false for agent use.
Excludes verified/official skills as those belong to the marketplace.

When folder_id is specified, returns skills that are either:
- Owned by that folder (folder_id = specified folder)
- Linked to that folder via skill_folders junction table

## Query parameters

- `folder_id` string, uuid, nullable: Filter by folder for project skills (includes linked skills)
- `include_inactive` boolean: Include inactive skills (default true for management)
