# Share Skill

`POST /api/skills/{skill_id}/shares`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.ctlsurf.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://app.ctlsurf.com/api/skills/{skill_id}/shares`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Share a skill with another user.

Only the skill owner or users with admin permission can share.

## Path parameters

- `skill_id` string, uuid, required

## Request body

- SkillShareCreate: Create a skill share.
  - `email` string, required: Email of user to share with
  - `permission` 'view' | 'edit' | 'admin': Permission levels for shared skills.

## Response `201`

Successful Response

- SkillShareResponse: Skill share response.
  - `id` string, uuid, required
  - `skill_id` string, uuid, required
  - `shared_with_user_id` string, uuid, required
  - `shared_with_email` string, required
  - `permission` 'view' | 'edit' | 'admin', required: Permission levels for shared skills.
  - `created_by` string, uuid, required
  - `created_at` string, date-time, required
