`GET /api/pages`

## Request

List all non-deleted pages for the current user (flat list).

## Query parameters

- `folder_id` string, uuid, nullable: Filter pages by folder
- `slim` boolean: Return minimal metadata only (id, title, folder_id, parent_id, tags, type)
