## Request

Handle MCP protocol messages via HTTP transport.

This endpoint implements the MCP Streamable HTTP transport.
Clients send JSON-RPC 2.0 messages and receive responses.

Supported methods:
- initialize: Protocol handshake
- notifications/initialized: Client acknowledgment (notification, no response)
- tools/list: List available tools
- tools/call: Execute a tool
