- KnownGoodCertCreate: Request body for POST /v1/high-assurance/known-good. Uploads one or more approved cert SHA-256 fingerprints for a domain the caller controls. ``fingerprints`` accepts hex SHA-256 strings (colons and whitespace are stripped, case-insensitive).
  - `domain` string, required
  - `fingerprints` string[], required
  - `note` string, nullable
