`GET /v1/firehose/status`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.ctindex.io`
- URL: `https://api.ctindex.io/v1/firehose/status`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

Return the caller's firehose entitlement + live counters.

Redis failures degrade to zero counters so the page still renders — the
enablement flag is the source of truth for the upgrade CTA.
