# Verify Email

`POST /v1/auth/verify-email`

## Request

Consume the verification token, mark the user verified, sign them in.

Returns ``{ok, user, welcome_key?}`` where ``welcome_key`` is the
plaintext of an auto-minted free-tier key, shown once on the welcome
screen. If the email matches existing orphan api_keys we claim them
instead — and ``welcome_key`` is omitted.
