# List Subscriptions

`GET /v1/alerts/subscriptions`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.ctindex.io`
- URL: `https://api.ctindex.io/v1/alerts/subscriptions`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

Return all active alert subscriptions for the authenticated API key.

Enriched with last-event metadata so the portal table can render a
"Last event" timestamp and Status column without an additional round trip.
