Public aggregates for marketing and status pages: certificate counts, query latency percentiles, and a high-level freshness summary. Fleet hostnames, code fingerprints, and per-route auth-failure breakdowns require a metrics scrape bearer token.

## Query parameters

- `window` string, nullable: Global ingestion throughput window: ``5m``, ``1h``, or ``24h``. Default ``5m``. Rates over a shorter sample than 60s are null, never a misleading 0.0.
