# Latest listing prices across marketplaces (Basic)

`GET /v1/prices/latest`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.cspriceapi.com`
- URL: `https://api.cspriceapi.com/v1/prices/latest`
- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

Returns the latest prices for all items across supported marketplaces
(YouPin, Buff163, C5Game, EcoSteam, SkinBaron, Skinport, CSFloat,
Lisskins, DMarket, ShadowPay, Waxpeer, Market.CSGO).

Most prices update about every 5 minutes, depending on the marketplace.
Optional `markets` filters which sources are included. Prefer gzip —
full snapshots are large. Prices use each marketplace's native currency.

**CSFloat:** `price` and `avg_*` are in **US cents** (as CSFloat reports them,
e.g. 2466 = $24.66); every other marketplace uses whole currency units.

## Response `200`

Latest prices keyed by market_hash_name.

- LatestPricesResponse: Item-centric latest listing snapshot.
  - `items` object, required: Map of market_hash_name → nested marketplace prices.
  - `markets` string[], required: Marketplaces included in this response (after filtering).
  - `requestor` string, email
  - `plan` string
  - `timestamp` string, date-time, required: ISO-8601 UTC timestamp (millisecond precision).
  - `errors` LatestItemError[]: Present on POST when some requested items were missing.
    - `market_hash_name` string, required
    - `code` 'not_found', required

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid or missing parameter.
- `401`: Missing, invalid, disabled or expired API key.
- `403`: The API key is valid but is not allowed to call this endpoint (endpoint ACL).
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded (10 requests per second per key). Retry after 1 second.
- `500`: Internal server error – temporary upstream failure, etc.
