Per-asset Volatility regime detail with 60d daily history.

Coin scope follows the plan: **Free = BTC only**, Pro / Pro Plus = any coin.
The 60d ``history`` series is **Pro Plus** only (empty on Free / Pro).

Hyperliquid thousand-unit tickers (``kBONK``, ``kPEPE``, ``kSHIB``) are
accepted as aliases of the plain symbol.
