The 50-strategy meta-basket catalogue across 6 groups.

Each basket carries a stable ``slug`` (the API contract, matching the web
page anchor), a display ``name`` and a one-line ``description``. This is the
top-level taxonomy; finer setups live as sub-strategies beneath each basket.
