`GET /api/v1/indicators/catalog`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://cryptodataapi.com`
- URL: `https://cryptodataapi.com/api/v1/indicators/catalog`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

Every catalogue indicator (optionally one group): what it measures,
aliases and the endpoints behind it.

## Query parameters

- `group` string, nullable: Group slug from /indicators/catalog/groups, e.g. volatility
