`GET /api/v1/hyperliquid/prices`

All mid prices across Hyperliquid assets.

``as_of`` (ms) is when the ``allMids`` snapshot was fetched from HL (the
cache refreshes every 60s, stale-while-refresh); ``generated_at`` (ms) is
when this response was built.

- HLPricesResponse: All Hyperliquid mid prices.
