`GET /api/v1/exchanges`

Every exchange we profile, with its sign-up link where we have one.

Sign-up URLs are CryptoDataAPI **partner/referral** links: the user gets the
stated `signup_incentive` (Hyperliquid: 4% off spot and perpetual trading
fees) and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to them. If you surface
`signup_url` to an end user, surface `disclosure` with it.

No API key required.

## Query parameters

- `referral_only` boolean: Return only venues we hold a partner sign-up link for.
