Run a Crowe Research Engine query, debiting workspace credits up front.

Auth: workspace-scoped PAT or owner JWT (same model as credits/consume).
Cost: fixed per depth via RESEARCH_DEPTH_CREDITS. Insufficient credits
returns 402 before any LLM call. Engine errors return 502 with the
engine's reason code in the body.
