`GET /api/billing/checkout/session/{session_id}`

Return the API key provisioned for a completed Checkout session.

Called by the success page on load. Only returns the key once
(subsequent calls return 410 Gone). Stripe session id is the
one-time token that authorizes this read; after the first
successful read we mark the pending row as claimed.
