Checkout for the signed-in Crowe ID user (the `crowe-logic upgrade` rail).

The session and its subscription carry ``crowe_email`` metadata; the
webhook write-through stamps ``crowe_tier`` on the Keycloak user when
payment lands, and the next token refresh unlocks the plan.
