      - `createdAt` string, date-time, nullable: Date in UTC, ISO 8601
      - `updatedAt` string, date-time, nullable: Date in UTC, ISO 8601

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Tm or segment with specified id was not found
- `405`: Method Not Allowed
