# Import Translations

`POST /projects/{projectId}/translations/imports`

**Required scopes:** `project.translation` (Read and Write).

- `projectId` integer, required

## Request body

- EnterpriseTranslationImportForm
  - `storageId` integer, required: Storage Identifier. Get via [List Storages](#operation/api.storages.getMany)
  - `fileId` integer: File Identifier for import. Get via [List Files](#operation/api.projects.files.getMany) <br> **Note:** Required for content in all formats except XLIFF
  - `languageIds` string[]: Language Identifiers. Get via [Project Target Languages](#operation/api.projects.get)
  - `importEqSuggestions` boolean: Defines whether to add translation if it's the same as the source string
  - `autoApproveImported` boolean: Mark uploaded translations as approved
  - `translateHidden` boolean: Allow translations upload to hidden source strings
  - `addToTm` boolean: Defines whether to add translation to TM

## Response `202`

Import Translations was successfully started

- FileBasedTranslationImportResource: Base schema of resource container. Container is a wrapper object that contains payload in required `data` property and provides space for adding any other metadata.

    - `status` string
    - `progress` integer: in percentages
    - `attributes` object
      - `storageId` integer: Storage identifier
      - `fileId` integer: File identifier
      - `importEqSuggestions` boolean: Import suggestions that equal target translation
      - `autoApproveImported` boolean: Automatically approve imported translations
      - `translateHidden` boolean: Translate hidden strings
      - `addToTm` boolean: Add translations to Translation Memory
      - `languageIds` string[]: Target language identifiers
    - `createdAt` string, date-time
    - `updatedAt` string, date-time
    - `startedAt` string, date-time, nullable
    - `finishedAt` string, date-time, nullable

- `400`: Invalid Request Parameters
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `402`: Payment required
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Project, language, storage, or file with specified id was not found
- `405`: Method Not Allowed
- `422`: Unprocessable Entity
